Hi, I’m Jeannette. I am a qualified Person Centred counsellor, EMDR, EFT trained therapist as well as a Reiki Master.

Coming from an holistic approach I believe that the mind body and spirit are all linked. I am widely travelled learning about different cultures and healing modalities. I have over 15 years of experience in spiritual healing and practices.

I do believe each individual is different and following my intuition I tailor the therapy specifically to each person.

I currently work in Mental health and I am trauma informed, experienced in working with individuals having addictions, trauma, abuse mentally and physically, OCD, ADHD, BPD eating disorders, phobias ,depression and anxiety. With over 5 years over experience in counselling, EMDR and EFT.

While I’m currently based in the Trafford, Manchester area and offer in-person sessions locally, I also provide remote services through Zoom, allowing me to work with clients internationally. No matter where you are, whether you’re seeking one-to-one support or specialised treatments, I’m here to help you achieve your goals—wherever you are in the world.

I specialise in Person centred spiritual counselling , Emotional tapping therapy (EFT), and energy re-alignment through Reiki, crystals, sound, mindfulness and meditation.
